Hello my friends. I read something too much strong that God touch in my heart to share with you ...
"Simon, Simon, Satan has asked you to sift through as wheat; but I have prayed for you, Simon, so that your faith may not fail '; and when you have turned back, strengthens your brothers. " (Luke 22:31-32)
Well, this is a verse very strong that make us examine our lives before God ....
Very strong, we can see that the devil took advantage of the situation of Peter through his mistake and he went before the presence of Jesus asking to sift Peter's soul . Even though Jesus knowing that Peter would deny him later on, Jesus himself has intervened on behalf of him, asking that when he reach that hour, Peter not lose his faith but regret, so that later on he would serve as an example and help many, and we can still go on, Peter was the one of the disciples more used by God and filled with the Holy Spirit, because through his shadow , healed many sick. And the secret was: after he denied Jesus for the third time, fell from his knee and wept bitterly for having denied the LORD JESUS and acknowledging and repenting of that attitude, God's mercy and was who he was. ...
Something calls me much attention in this verse, because how often have we denied Jesus? Perhaps we have not given attention the mistakes has been insignificant or small, we have overlooked without realizing it, but is something that has compromised our salvation ....
The secret is, we must humiliate ourselves and acknowledge the mistake in order to reach God's mercy. Let us meditate deeply on this question: If the devil COME TODAY BEFORE THE PRESENCE of GOD and ASKED for OUR SOUL, HOW WOULD BE the reaction of GOD? DOES HE'll FIGHT OR PUT HIS HAND ON FIRE BECAUSE OF OUR SOUL, AS HE DID WITH PETER?
REMEMBERING that Jesus only to intercede on behalf of Peter because he knew his heart.
How HAS BEEN our HEART before God ?
Well, this is a very personal question that each of us look at what we really have been before him.
PLEASE I ask you now, bend your knee and spillage in the presence of God talk to Him, be open, put everything out, so that when the devil asking your soul, JESUS immediately INTERCEDE STRONGLY on your behalf , for you to BELONG TO HIM, I sought my answer and you?
Let us God use us on the way He wants, He want us to make difference in what we do.
